Exciting new docu-project by Bob van de Gronde just dropped on Amazon Prime; Air Hunger - The Breathwork Movie

It's a project Bob has been cooking on for over three years.

Today it will go live in the Netherlands and the international release will follow later this year.

Why a movie about breathing? Well, after nearly two decades filming athletes, people who dedicate their entire lives to performance I noticed something overlooked.

Not a supplement. Not technology.

Breathing.

We know how that sounds. Bob started meeting scientists who were quietly running experiments on it. Athletes who were using it as a competitive edge and not talking about it. Veterans who told me it changed the way they lived with their trauma. And coaches who had rebuilt their lives around it, after breathwork literally saved them.

So he made a film about it. Independently through Eyeforce Studios. From scratch.

Air Hunger was shot across multiple countries, with MMA world champions, NFL linebackers, US Olympic ski athletes, scientists, performance coaches and freedive instructors. Amazon Prime trusted the project early, and that trust meant everything. But the film itself, every creative decision, every experiment, every story, was built from the ground up.

What Bob discovered along the way was maybe even more important. Breathwork isn't just a performance tool. It's also one of the most powerful drug-free tools humans have to process stress, depression and trauma.
